The Role
What You'll Do.
Venue conversion crews turn arenas over from one event to the next — court to concert, concert to ice, ice to court. You'll move fast, work as a team, and hit tight turnaround windows for back-to-back events.
- Arena and stadium floor conversions
- Install and remove seating sections
- Deploy court and field protection
- Coordinate as part of a full changeover crew
- Meet strict turnaround deadlines
The Requirements
What We're Looking For.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working as part of a large crew
- Reliable and on time for early or overnight calls
- Steel-toed boots
- Prior arena conversion work is a plus
