TW Stagehands was founded in West Texas by people who understood what it meant to show up and do the work. We saw a gap in the market — productions needed reliable, professional crews and couldn't find them consistently in the Permian Basin region.
We built TW Stagehands to solve that problem. Starting in Odessa and Midland, we grew our roster by putting quality first — vetting every crew member, holding everyone to a professional standard, and treating every show like it mattered.
Today we serve markets across West Texas and beyond, staffing every department from stagehands to riggers, audio engineers to forklift operators. We're growing — but our standard never changes.
