The Role
What You'll Do.
Stagehands are the muscle behind every production. You'll help load in gear, set the stage, run the show, and load out — often in the same day. No two calls are the same, and no two shows are the same. If you show up ready to work hard and take direction, there is always a place for you on our roster.
- Load-in and load-out of production equipment
- Push and organize road cases and pallets
- Assist department heads (audio, video, lighting, rigging)
- Set stage decks, risers, and scenic elements
- Run cable, coil cable, and keep the deck clean
- Floor crew duties during show operation
The Requirements
What We're Looking For.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable on your feet for long calls (8–12+ hrs)
- Reliable transportation and on-time arrival
- Willing to take direction from department heads
- Steel-toed boots and black work clothes
- No experience required — we train the right attitude
