The Role
What You'll Do.
Riggers are responsible for everything that flies. From chain motors and truss to point loads and grid work, our riggers make sure every rig goes up safely and comes down clean. This is skilled, safety-critical work — we hire experienced riggers who take it as seriously as we do.
- Chain hoist and motor deployment
- Truss assembly and grid work
- Point load layout and weight distribution
- High steel and up-rigging in arenas and theaters
- Pre-show rigging inspections
- Load-out and de-rig
The Requirements
What We're Looking For.
- ETCP certification strongly preferred
- 2+ years professional rigging experience
- Comfortable working at height with full PPE
- Knowledge of load calculations and hardware ratings
- Own harness, gloves, and personal rigging kit
- Clean safety record
