The Role
What You'll Do.
Production assistants keep every show organized behind the scenes. You'll support production managers with runs, logistics, catering coordination, credentials, and anything else that needs to happen so the show goes off clean.
- Support the production manager and department heads
- Runner duties — parts, gear, catering, transport
- Credentials, passes, and check-in tables
- Radio comms and message relays
- Assist with schedules and daily paperwork
The Requirements
What We're Looking For.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable with long, unpredictable days
- Basic computer / phone / spreadsheet skills
- Prior event or production experience a plus
