The Role
What You'll Do.
Lighting operators bring the show to life. Program, punt, and run cues on the industry's top consoles, or serve as a fixture tech keeping every unit performing. We place lighting crew on concerts, corporate shows, and touring productions.
- Program and operate lighting consoles
- Focus and address automated fixtures
- Dimmer rack and power distribution
- Pre-show patch and system checks
- Coordinate with the LD and touring crew
- Fixture and cable troubleshooting
The Requirements
What We're Looking For.
- Experience on MA2/MA3, ETC Ion, or Hog 4
- Solid understanding of DMX and networked lighting
- Ability to read plots, patches, and magic sheets
- Comfortable troubleshooting under time pressure
- Own multi-tool, gloves, and small hand tools
- Concert, festival, or corporate experience
